The Beloit Snappers fell 5-3 Wednesday night against the Cedar Rapids Kernels to start a 3-game series.
Beloit, WI- The Snappers won their sixth consecutive game, keeping them on top of the Midwest League Western Division. The Beloit Snappers continued their hot streak against the Quad Cities River Bandits on Thursday afternoon by taking game two, 7-3 in front of 1,202 fans at Pohlman Field.

At the plate, Tyler Grimes hit his second homer of the season, allowing the Snappers to top the Clinton LumberKings 3-1 Saturday afternoon.
